Morgan Moore was born in Independence, Texas on November 6, 1954. With the blessing of being raised in a loving, Christian home, Tommie McGowan united with the lord and was an ordained deacon. Rosa career was well spent as a cook in various restaurants. She was known for her famous soul-food cooking, especially her peach cobbler. She also enjoyed fishing, bingo and going to the game room, always with a dr. pepper.

She was a faithful member until her health began to fail. Davis Earl Womack was born to Rosie Womack on September 13, 1968 in Conroe, Texas. He attended his early schooling in Conroe and moved to Navasota, Texas where he attended Navasota High School. Robert attended public school in Montgomery, Texas and graduated from Montgomery High School, Class of 1984.

Ernest graduated from Navasota High School in 1990 and continued his education at Texas Southern University. Ernest enjoyed life to the fullest and it showed as he became a flight attendant. He worked as a Property Manager for several companies for many years as well as being a Business Entrepreneur. Streeaty Eats was one of his biggest accomplishments. Ernest had such a strong love for people as he was always ready and willing to help anyone.
Received her education in the Huntsville Independent School District and graduated from Huntsville High School with the class of “2015. She furthered her education at Prairie View A&M University and Stephen F. Austin State University, working towards her bachelor’s degree in social work. She was employed a Kroger Grocery Store as a cashier; she was a lover of music. She was a member of the HHS marching bank where she played the trombone, she also sang with the Huntsville’s superstars in 2018 and earned a scholarship at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference for fashion design. David had a passion to drive trucks and for the past 20 years, this is what he did and he also encouraged other to follow their passion. He is preceded in death by his brother; Nathaniel Womack.

Was employed with Brenham State School in Brenham, Texas, she worked for Dailcin in Waller, Texas, Walmart in Bellville, Texas, just to name a few. She loved being around her family and friends and enjoyed dancing. Tommie McGowan lived his life for the lord, and was very compassionate to all those who he encountered. Words cannot express the impact he had on his family and everyone around him. Tommie McGowan fellowshipped with many churches during his lifetime and was united with Free Will Baptist Church where he was always there when called upon.

And enjoyed sports, movies or just Chilin in his spare time with his family. On January 7, 1966 in Navasota, Texas to the late Jasper and Charles Lucile Bradley. He grew up in the Blackberry community and accepted Christ at an early and united with the Macedonia Baptist Church family. Christina loved singing, cooking and helping anyone in need. She loved to braid her in which she owned her own business; Braids by Italia.
March 10, 1963 - November 30, 2022
Was born March 20, 1958 to the late Mary Lee Edmond in Maynard, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother, brother; Johnny Ray and twin sister; Darlene. Anthony grew up playing in the Muny youth football league for team Comanche’s. In 2010, his family moved to Bedias, Texas and there he made many friends. He played many sports such as baseball, track, photography, volunteering at different functions, he was the president of the Leo club , he also helped with the Grimes County Mobile Food Pantry and the Lions club.

Robert would train mules and horses for different trail ride clubs, from miles and miles. Robert had the great idea one day to take horses and mules on a journey of there life, from Montgomery, Texas to Willis, Texas crossing the Bentwater Bridge . Robert would say, when they go across this bridge and back, they are now "Young Approved"!!
April enjoyed being a mother to her “6pack”, she loved being a grandmother and would spend countless hours on ways to make everyone happy. She enjoyed doing home health care to care for others just like she would with her own family. April loved to cook and made sure she lived life to the fullest!

Cheryl attended school in Navasota TX. She worked for the Navasota School District. She moved to Houston TX and married Clyde Robison and that is where she resided until God called her home. Gwen was not a stranger to anyone, she met you with that infectious smile and her beautiful spirit which captivated everyone around her. She fed her family, friends and strangers with a good home cooked meal and a smile.
Life’s sunrise here on earth for Sabrina Lyn Brooks was November 18, 1971, she and her late twin sister; Katrina Ann Brooks-Woods were born in Fort Hood, Texas to the late Willie C. Brooks and Barbara Ann Thompson Brooks-Glover. Christina accepted Christ into her life at a very young age and followed her late mother footsteps by helping with the Women’s Auxiliary and the kitchen of the church. Christina attended school in Navasota in her early years and later graduated from Lamar Consolidated in Rosenberg. Before falling ill, Christina was taking college courses to obtain her bachelor’s degree. Barry received his early education at Houston Independent School District in Houston, Texas.

During high school, Robert was employed by Hamilton Sanitation as a driver for many years. Later on in life, Robert was employed by Del Lago as a Lead Laundry Press Operator. Robert was a fulltime Mule Skinner for Acres Home Riding & Roping Club for over 30 years. Upon his health starting to fail, Robert worked for Easley Enterprises, and Lewis Johnson Wood Services, doing various tasks. She is preceded in death by her daughter Latosha Davis and sister, Joyce Barnes. Maryland Von-Shay White was born to Annie Davis Ethel and Alfred Earl Davis, Sr. on July 16, 1967 in Houston, Texas.
She leaves to mourn her passing three daughters and two sons-in–law. Annie Mae Williams of Navasota, Texas, Ruby and Charles Nolan of Navasota, Texas, Sheila and Christopher J. Wilson of College Station, Texas. Two sons and one daughter-in-law Donald and Julie Branch of Houston, Texas and Bobby C. Branch Sr. of Navasota, Texas. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, along with other relatives and friends. She received her primary education in Brenham, TX, attending Brenham Junior High and Brenham High School. April loved the Lord and dedicated her life to Christ at an early age under the leadership of Reverend Trudie Milam.
Ernest transitioned to Eternal life on February 20, 2022. He devoted his life to Jesus Christ at an early age and stayed faithfully devoted until his departure. He was a faithful member of Christian Hope Baptist Church of Houston, Texas under the leadership of Pastor Kenneth W. Stroman. He sung with the Voices of Hope as well as the Male chorus choir. He never met a stranger and prayed for everybody he encountered.
